I don't know eactly what my dream job in public relations would be. I do know that it would have something to do with working for a non-profit organization. When I did some research, I found a particular job that interests me: Media Relations Associate Specialist fot the World Wildlife Fund in Washington, DC.
This is an area of specialty I would be extremely interested in, because it's a global conservation organization. In this job I would have PR responsibilies such as, researching press releases, press statements and media advisories, pitching to journalists, tracking progress and media placements, and helping develop communications strategies. I would also have to maintain good relations with key journalists. My decision to want to work with a non-profit agency was because of the activity we did in class. This narrowed down the search for my dream job!
